She has been working for a year and a half, and about four years ago she found in the Management in the Construction program, developed by the Graña y Montero Group, an opportunity to grow professionally and fulfill her dreams.

He recalls that he began working for Graña y Montero over twelve years ago as a field assistant on the construction of the second section of the Huacho – Pativilca project. Now, after working on eight projects, he has the experience required to head the Risk Prevention area.
